摘  要:目的:针对目前哮喘家庭化管理存在的问题,研制一种用于监测哮喘患儿呼吸气道参数的家庭医护共管系统。方法:哮喘患儿家庭医护共管系统由家庭用户终端、远程无线传输网络、医院服务器终端三大部分组成。通过无线移动网络,家庭用户终端测量的患儿用力肺活量、1 s用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速等参数实时传输到医院服务器终端,医护人员针对患儿的具体情况及时调整治疗方案。结果:该系统能将患儿的呼吸气道参数实时准确地传递给医护人员,有利于集中管理哮喘患儿,降低患儿的复发率,提高家属的满意度。结论:该系统拓展了信息化智慧医疗的手段,对于哮喘患者的治疗与监管具有很重要的作用。Objective To develop a home-hospital co-management system to monitor the respiratoU tract parameters of the asthma children. Methods The system was composed of three components of home user terminal, wireless network and hospital server. The indexes on foreed vital capacity, totted expiratory volume in one second, peak expiratory flow rate and ere were transmitted through the wireless network from the home user terminal to the hospital server, so that the medical staff could regulate the treatment plan according to the conditions of the asthma children.Methods The system sent the respiratory tract parameters to the medical staffs at real time, which tacilitated the centralized management of the asthma children, decreased the recurrence rate while increased the tinnily satistaction. Conclusion The system contributes to the treatment and supervision of the asthma children.
