摘  要:目的:设计放疗案例搜索系统,使放疗医师和技术人员能够按照放射物理学条件搜索放疗案例。方法:根据放疗案例搜索需求设计结构、处方剂量、剂量体积和计划类型4个搜索模块,采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,利用放疗计划设计软件Eclipse应用程序开发接口(Eclipse Scripting API)进行开发,以编程的方式查询患者的放疗计划信息进行案例搜索。结果:根据搜索类型的不同,搜索系统能以17~150例/s的检索速度精确地查询大量放疗患者的放疗计划信息,收集相关案例。结论:利用放疗案例搜索系统能够高效快速地使用复杂放射物理学条件搜索放疗案例,方便了放射治疗临床、科研和教学工作。Objective To design a radiotherapy ease inquiry system that enables radiotherapy physicians and technicians to search radiotherapy eases based on radiologieal conditions.Methods Four modules based on radiotherapy eases inquiry requirements were designed for structure inquiry, prescription dose inquiry, volume at dose inquiry as well as plan type inquiry. The inquiry system was developed with C/S architecture and Eclipse development interface (Eclipse Scripting API), which realized radiotherapy ease inquiry by programming. Results The inquiry velocity varied from 17 to 150 eases per second depending on inquiry type. Conclusion The system fecilitates radiotherapy physicians and technicians to search radiotherapy eases based on radiologieal conditions, and thus contributes to clinical service, scientific research and teaching in radiotherapy feld.
