摘 要:制备高性能氯化聚乙烯(CPE)与氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)共混物,并对其影响因素进行了详细研究。分析了材料相容性、硫化剂分散以及不同比例的CPE与CSM共混对样品性能影响。以橡胶拉伸实验、橡胶加工分析(RPA)、硫含量滴定、动态热机械分析(DMA)为主要表征方法,对CPE/CSM共混性能影响因素进行了详细的讨论。结果表明,通过对材料熔体黏度调整,有效提高了两种胶料的加工性能;通过调整加料顺序,提高了硫化剂的分散性,从而提高胶料性能;随着CSM用量增加,共混物拉伸强度和300%定伸应力逐渐增大,扯断伸长率逐渐减小,硬度基本保持不变。Preparation of high performance chlorinated polyethylene (CPE 6000) and chloro sulfonated polyethylene(CSM 40) blends,and the influencing factors were studied in detail.The influ ence of material compatibility, vulcanizing agent dispersity and blending ratio of CPE and CSM on the properties of samples were analyzed.The main characterization methods of rubber tensile test, rubber processing analysis(RPA),sulfur content titration and dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA) were discussed. The influencing factors on CPE/CSM blending properties were also discussed. The results showed that by adjusting the viscosity of the melt, the processing performance of the two kinds of rubber is improved effectively. By adjusting the order of feeding, the dispersity of the vulcanizing agent is improved and the properties of the adhesive are improved. With the increase of CSM, the tensile strength and the 300% tensile stress of the blends increase gradually, the elongation at break gradually decreases and the hardness basically remains unchanged.
