微量铁对TDI软泡生产的影响

摘  要:主要介绍了软泡原料多元醇、甲基苯基二异氰酸酯中含有的微量铁对软泡生产过程的影响。以乙酰丙酮铁为内标,利用Foamat285型泡沫起升仪对软泡生产过程中的起发时间、凝胶时间、上升时间和上升高度等进行监测,研究了Fe对各指标的影响。结果表明,Fe能够推迟凝胶反应和交联反应开始时间,尤其是Fe的质量分数小于1×10-6时,影响最为明显;利用液相色谱和示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对含Fe的催化剂体系三乙烯二胺和二月桂酸二丁锡进行分析,结果表明,Fe能够促进二月桂酸二丁锡的水解,从而使得反应体系中催化剂的有效浓度降低,凝胶反应时间延迟;由于Fe对异氰酸酯和多元醇的反应也具有催化作用,因此当Fe的质量分数超过1×10-6后,凝胶反应和交联反应的开始时间又出现提前。We studied the effect of organic Fe,existing in polyol and TDI,on the foaming process of polyurethane foam. By adding quatitative iron(Ⅲ)2,4-pentanedionate into TDI, the effect of iron (Ⅲ) on the the time of start foaming, gel reaction and curing reaction, etc had been monitored by Foamat 285.From these results,it was deduced that the organic Fe can postpone the gel reaction and crosslink reaction,especially when the content of iron(Ⅲ) is lower than 1×10 G.The result of HPLC and DSC reseachring on the system of triethylene diamine(A33)water iron(Ⅲ) and dibutyltin dilau rate(T12) water iron(Ⅲ) showed that the iron(Ⅲ) can accelerate the hydrolysis of T12,while it has no effect on A33.The hydrolysis of T12 make its effective concentration decreased and postpone the re action time for gel.Meanwhile,because of the catalysis of iron(Ⅲ ) on the reaction between isocyanate and polyol,the time of gel reaction and crosslink reaction appears decrease when the content of iron (Ⅲ) is beyond 1×10^-6.
