摘 要:研究了自由状态和20%拉伸应力状态下,丁腈橡胶1704在重庆江津户外和棚下自然暴露5年过程中的力学性能变化规律及其差异。结果表明,随着暴露时间的延长,丁腈橡胶1704在江津户外暴露比棚下暴露条件下的力学性能下降更快,并且两种暴露条件下的拉伸强度平均值差异显著,扯断伸长率平均值变化差异不明显;施加20%拉伸应力加剧了丁腈橡胶1704力学性能的下降,实验初期最为明显,但与自由状态下的力学性能平均值差异不显著。The mechanical properties of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR) 1704 under differernt stress state exposed in Jiangjin test station for 5 years were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the mechanical properties of NBR 1704 exposed in Jiangjin outdoor decreased more rapidly than that of under the shed.The difference in mean tensile strength between NBR1704 exposed in outside and under the shed was remarkable, while the difference in mean elongation at break per formance was not remarkable. 20% tensile stress accelerated the decline of mechanical properties of NBR,especially in the early stages of the test.There was no significant difference in mean mechanical performance of NBR undet free state and 20% tensile stress state.
