摘  要:随着我国经济的发展,用户对电网的电能质量的要求趋高,正确监测记录电能质量数据显得尤为重要。本文以IEC 61000-4-30标准为依据,提出了一种PQDIF文件生成方案。该方案以10周波数据为统计基础,严格遵守IEC61000-4-30A级标准,正确完整地实现了PQDIF的文件格式。在该方案的基础上,本文研发出支撑标准体系的电能质量监测终端。该终端在CPU和DSP间以HTM总线为传输通道,将统计数据传送到操作系统侧。操作系统采用MySQL数据库为存储引擎,为上层IEC 61850、LCD等应用提供服务接口,实现了PQDIF文件的存储、查询及删除等功能。搭建试验平台。测试结果表明,该方案准确地实现了IEC61000-4-30标准要求。研发的电能质量监测终端已经被成功应用在安徽、四川及重庆等地,运行稳定可靠,为用户电能质量治理提供了坚实的数据基础。With the development of economy in China, the demand for power quality of grid is getting higher. It is very important to correctly monitor the power quality data. Based on IEC 61000-4-30 standard, this paper proposes a scheme of PQDIF. The scheme takes the 10 cycle data as the statistical basis, strictly comply with the IEC 61000-4-30 A-level standard, and realizes the file format of PQDIF correctly and completely. On the basis of this scheme, a power quality monitoring terminal is developed in accordance with the standard system. HTM bus as the transmission channel between CPU and DSP is used and statistical data to the operating system is transmitted. The operating system uses MySQL database as storage engine, and provides service interfaces for applications such as IEC 61850, LCD and so on. It realizes the storage, query and deletion of PQDIF.The test platform is built, and the test results show that the scheme meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-30 standard. Research and development of power quality monitoring terminal has been successfully applied in Anhui, Sichuan and Chongqing and other places, the operation is stable and reliable, and provides a solid data base for the power quality control of users.
