摘 要:本实验选用顺酐、苯酐和一缩二乙二醇为原料,采用逐步聚合法合成不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR);继而用所合成的UPR和聚乙二醇(PEG)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)经逐步加聚合成不饱和聚酯聚氨酯树脂(UPPU);再加入活性稀释剂苯乙烯、引发剂过氧化甲乙酮与颜填料制备得到常温固化型不饱和聚酯聚氨酯涂料。Hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated polyester oligomer (UPR) was first obtained by the phasepolyeondensation of unsaturated binary acid, saturated diearboxylie acid and glycol.Then unsaturated polyester polyurethane ( UPPU ) prepolymer was synthesized by the addition polymerization of UPR, Polyethylene glycol ( PEG ) and Toluenedisearnate (TDI) .Last, solvent-less air-curing unsaturated polyester polyurethane eoating was prepared with the styreneas reactive diluent, methyl ketone peroxide as initiator.
