摘 要:随着生物技术的进步,酶技术在制浆预处理过程中的应用也越来越广泛。通过酶处理技术,可以减少制浆造纸过程对环境的污染,节约生产成本,改进产品的性能,因此,该项技术正受到越来越多的关注。回顾了近年来纸浆漂白过程中应用的酶处理技术的发展,重点介绍了酶处理技术在浆料漂白和溶解浆的生产过程中减少可吸附有机卤化物(AOX)的机理和影响因素。酶处理技术目前已经在制浆造纸的实际工业生产中有了广泛的应用,随着技术的进一步完善和发展,其应用范围将变得更加广泛。With the advancement of biotechnology, the application of enzyme technology in the pulping pretmatmentprocess has become more and more extensive.The enzyme treatment technology can reduce the environmental pollution ofthe pulp and paper process, save production costs and improve product performance.Therefore, this technology is receivingmore and more attention.This paper reviews the development of enzyme treatment technology used in pulp bleaching processin recent years, and focuses on the mechanism and influencing factors of enzyme treatment technology to reduce theadsorption of organic halides ( AOX ) in the process of slurry bleaching and dissolving pulp.Enzyme treatment technologyhas been widely used in the actual industrial production of pulp and paperth the further improvement and development oftechnology, its application range will become more extensive.
