摘　　要：根据中石化某分公司延迟焦化装置运行过程中冷焦水罐存在的臭气逸放问题,提出了注水降温、罐顶氮封、焚烧等工艺流程优化措施,实现臭气的完全密封处理,减少环境污染,保证生产安全。According to the odor escape problem of cold coke water tank during the operation of delayed eoking unit ofa eertain braneh of Sinopee, the proeess optimization measures sueh as water injeetion eooling, tank top nitrogen sealingand ineineration are proposed to aehieve eomplete sealing treatment of odor.Reduee environmental pollution and ensureproduetion safety.
