腔内支架修复治疗肾下腹主动脉瘤的临床疗效及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腔内支架修复治疗肾下腹主动脉瘤的临床价值。方法:分析101例具有完整手术治疗信息的肾下腹主动脉瘤患者的临床资料,探讨腔内支架修复治疗术的应用效果。结果:患者在治疗后生存率达到了94. 06%,手术时间为(189. 03±16. 57) min,手术出血量为(185. 31±12. 15) mL;患者的并发症发生率为1. 0%。结论:在肾下腹主动脉瘤的临床治疗中采用腔内支架修复术的疗效较好,并发症少。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of endovascular stent assisted repair for infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods： 101 patients with subrenal abdominal aortic aneurysm who had complete surgical treatment information were used as basic data for this study; a retrospective analysis was performed on101 patients with subrenal abdominal aortic aneurysms. Therapeutic data were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the effect of intraluminal stent repair therapy. Results： The survival rate of patients after treatment was 94. 06 %,the operation time was 189. 03 ± 16. 57 min,and the surgical bleeding was 185. 31 ± 12. 15 ml. The complication rate of patients was 2. 0 %. Conclusion： In the treatment of subrenal abdominal aortic aneurysms,endovascular stent repair has good curative effect and fewer complications.
