基于AHP-SWOT分析的高校思想政治教育混合式学习策略研究

摘　　要：混合式学习模式能够提升高校思想政治教育效果,研究其发展策略具有重要意义。通过SWOT分析方法分析高校思想政治教育混合式学习的影响因素,通过层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)分析方法采用群决策的方式,计算各影响因素的权重,识别重要影响因素,并通过匹配重要影响因素制定相关策略。通过研究发现我国高校思想教育混合式学习适用于S-T策略(多元化策略)和W-O策略(扭转型策略)。Blended learning model can improve the effect of ideological and political education. It is of great significance to study development strategy of ideological and political education. The study analyzed the factors influencing the development of blended study for university ideological and political education using SWOT method and calculated the weight of each influence factor by AHP method. According to their weights the study selected the key factors which provided decision to make strategies. The results showed that blended study for university ideological and political education should take the strengths-threats（ S-T） and weaknesses-opportunities（ W-O） development strategies.
