动漫宣教联合回授法对过敏性紫癜患儿健康教育效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨动漫宣教联合回授法对过敏性紫癜患儿健康教育效果的影响。方法选择2014年8月至2016年12月在我院住院治疗的过敏性紫癜患儿128例,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组采用动漫视频宣教联合回授法进行健康教育。比较两组患儿疹子消退时间、平均住院时间、健康知识得分、患儿对护理工作的满意度及入院时和出院前患儿的焦虑程度。结果观察组患儿的疹子消退时间和平均住院时间短于对照组(P <0. 05),健康知识得分高于对照组(P <0. 05),在出院前观察组患儿的焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0. 05),观察组患儿对健康教育、服务态度、环境管理及沟通关爱的满意度均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论动漫宣教联合回授法能降低患儿的焦虑程度,缩短患儿的住院时间和疹子消退时间,提高患儿的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of animation propaganda and education combined with teach- back method on health education of children with anaphylactoid purpura. Methods To compared the status of time of rash regression, average hospitalization time, health knowledge score, ehild satisfaction with nursing work, and anxiety at admission and before discharge, 128 cases of anaphylactoid purpura children admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2016 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted routine health education, while the study group adopted animation propaganda and education combined with teach - back method. Results The rash regression time and average hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than the in the control group（P 〈 0.05） , the health knowledge score was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The anxiety score of the children in the study group before discharge was apparently lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Children in the study group were more satisfied with health education, service attitude, environmental management and communication care than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of animation propaganda and education combined with teach - back method could reduce anxiety level, shorten time of hospitalization and rash regression, and improve care satisfaction.
