摘  要:矿山采用不同的采矿方法,矿山矿柱的矿量占总矿石量的比例在15%~50%之间。因此,矿柱矿量的回收显得尤为重要。由于矿柱回收作业条件及回收成本的限制,矿柱回收一直是矿山的难题。本项目的矿柱矿量占总矿量的比例为45%。崩落法回收矿柱作业效率高,成本低,安全性稍差,回收率低。上向水平分层充填法回收矿柱作业效率低,成本高,安全性较好,回收率高。本文通过对不同回采矿柱的方法进行比较,得出了上向水平分层充填法在矿柱矿量占比较多的矿山应用经济效益较好。Different mining methods are adopted in the mines, and the proportion of Mine pillars in the pro portion of the total amount of ore is between 15%-50%. Therefore, the recovery of ore pillar is particu larly important. Because of the conditions of pillar recovery and the limitation of recovery cost, the recov ery of pillar has been a difficult problem in the mines. The proportion of mine pillar ore volume in this pro ject is 45%. The caving method has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, poor safety and low recov ery. The upward horizontal stratified filling method has the advantages of low efficiency, high cost, good safety and high recovery. Based on the comparison of different mining pillar methods, it is concluded that the upward horizontal slicing and filling method has a better economic benefit in mines with a large propor tion of ore pillars.
