摘 要:对某含金硫精矿的工艺矿物学性质研究表明,其可供回收的主要有价元素是金,品位为5.42g/t,主要硫化矿物为黄铁矿。其金主要赋存于硫化物、氧化物中,分布率分别为39.48%、34.13%。采用脱硫焙烧可产出SO_2烟气生产硫酸,渣磁选生产铁精矿。对制酸烧渣中的金进行边磨边浸工艺试验,在非氰化浸出剂用量为20 kg/t、浸出时间为24 h、浸出浓度约40%时,获得浸出率86%以上的浸出指标。工业应用,金的总回收率85%以上。由于原矿石中约34%的金与氧化物脉石关系密切,限制了获得更高的金浸出率。The study of the process mineralogical properties of a gold sulfur containing concentrate shows that the main valuable element for recovery is gold, with a grade of 5.42 g/t, and the main sulfide mineral is pyrite. In the ore, the gold was mainly found in sulfides and oxides, with a distribution rate of 39.48% and 34.13%, respectively. Sulfuric acid can be produced from SO2 flue gas by desulphurization roasting, and iron concentrate can be produced by slag magnetic separation. The index of leaching rate for its roast ing slag by grinding while leaching process is more than 86% under the conditions of the amount of non cyanide leaching agent for 20 kg/t and the leaching time for 24 h and the leaching concentration for about 40%. In the industrial application, the total recovery of gold is over 85%. For about 34% of gold closely related to oxy gangue, it is restricted to obtain a much high leaching rate of gold.
