摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(TFBMA)、聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(PEGA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)和AEO-9为乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,合成了拒水拒油易去污整理剂。通过单因素试验得到优化的合成工艺为:单体质量比m(TFBMA)∶m(PEGA)∶m(BA)∶m(HEMA)为60∶10∶25∶5,乳化剂CTAC与AEO-9以2∶3的质量比复配,质量为反应单体总质量的4%,引发剂APS质量为反应单体总质量的0.4%,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4 h。经拒水拒油易去污整理剂整理后,涤纶织物的拒水性能为100分,拒油性能为5级,易去污性能为4级。The water- and oil-repellent and soil release finishing agent is synthesized by using hexafluoro- butyl methacrylate (TFBMA), polyethylene glycol acrylate (PEGA), butyl acrylate (BA) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as raw materials, cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CTAC) and AEO-9 as emulsifiers and ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The optimum synthesis process is: rn(TFBMA) :m(PEGA) :m(BA) :m(HEMA) of 60: 10: 25:5, emulsifier CTAC and AEO-9 are compounded in the mass ratio of 2:3, the mass ratio of CTAC and AEO-9 to the reaction monomers is 4%, the initiator APS is 0.4%, reaction at 75℃ for 4 h. After finishing with water- water repellent property of polyester fabric is 100 Grade 4. and oil-repellent and soil release finishing agent, the oil-repellency is Grade 5 and soil release property is
