摘　　要：针对涤锦/腈纶超细纤维彩条经编毛巾布独特的织造工艺,通过筛选染料、工艺条件和处方,获得腈纶超细纤维彩条部分得色鲜艳而涤锦部分留白的效果。结果表明:该类毛巾布采用阳离子染料的染色效果比分散染料好,可以获得条纹清晰的图案。恒温染色法比控制升温法更适合该毛巾布的染色。试验所用3只阳离子染料中,阳离子紫3R应用效果最好。Dyeing process of polyester/polyamide and acrylic microfiber warp knitting towels is carried out. Suitable dyes, dyeing conditions and prescriptions are selected to make the color strips of acrylic fiber colorful and the polyester/polyamide white. The results show that patterns with cationic dyes are superior to disperse dyes. The Cationic Violet 3R has the best effect in the 3 cationic dyes tested and the constant temperature dyeing method is more suitable for polyester/polyamide and acrylic fiber warp knitted towels cloth than the controlled heating method.
