摘 要:合成增稠剂T用于分散染料印花性能优异,但耐电解质性能差;黄原胶(XG)耐电解质性能好,但印花性能差。因此,研究将合成增稠剂T与XG复配用于分散染料印花。结果表明,随着复配糊料中XG配比的增加,糊料耐电解质性能提高,但印制性能有所降低。当糊料中两试剂复配比m(T)∶m(XG)为8∶2时,印花织物花型轮廓清晰度好,手感柔软,得色量高,色牢度好。The synthetic thickener T has excellent performance in disperse printing, but its resistance to electrolyte is poor. Xanthan gum (XG) has good resistance to electrolyte, but its printing performance is poor. Therefore, the compound paste of thickener T and XG are used for disperse printing. The results show that the electrolyte-resistant performance is improved with the increase of XG content in the compound paste, but the printing performance is reduced. In a comprehensive view, when the mass ratio of T to XG in the compound paste is 8: 2, the printed fabric has good profile, soft handle, high color yield and good color fastness.
