摘  要:通过大样电解实验对DP780汽车用钢大型夹杂物进行了研究。结果表明,大型夹杂物的尺寸度在50~700μm之间。稳态铸坯中大型夹杂物以SiO_2-Al_2O_3和SiO_2-MnO复合氧化物为主;头坯中大型夹杂物以SiO_2-CaO-Al_2O_3和CaO-SiO_2氧化物夹杂为主;混浇坯中大型夹杂物以SiO_2和Al_2O_3-CaO-MgO复合氧化物为主,尾坯中大型夹杂物以SiO_2、SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MnO和SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaO等复合氧化物为主。稳态坯各样大型夹杂物含量平均为34.25 mg/10 kg,处于正常水平。头坯大型夹杂物含量为39 mg/10 kg,比稳态坯高14%,混浇坯大型夹杂物含量平均为33.5 mg/10 kg,尾坯大型夹杂物含量为35 mg/10 kg,与稳态坯基本一致。The large inclusions in DP780 automobile steel was studied by large sample electrolysis experiment. The results show that the size of large inclusions is between 50 and 700 μm. The SIO2-A1203 and SiO2-MnO composite oxide are the main inclusions in stable casting billets. The SiO2-CaO-AI203 and CaO-SiO2 oxide inclusions are the major large inclusions in the head of casting billets. Large inclusions in mixed billets are mainly composed of SiO2 and A1203-CaO MgO composite oxides, and large inclusions in final billets are mainly composed of SiO2, SiO2-Al203-Mno and SiO2-A1203-CaO composite oxides. The average content of various large inclusions in the stable blank is 34.25 mg/10 kg, which is at the normal level. The content of large inclusions in the head billets is 39 rag/10 kg, 14% higher than that in the stable billets, the average content of large inclusions in the mixed billet was 33.5 mg/10 kg, and the content of large inclusions in the tail billets is 35 mg/10 kg, which is basically consistent with stable billets.
