摘　　要：在介绍ISO9000质量管理体系概念、主要特征、以及4个核心标准的基础上,重点探究了铸造企业有效推行ISO9000质量管理体系的必要性、迫切性,以及铸造企业从5个不同方面如何建立ISO9000质量管理体系,并简要阐述了铸造企业建立质量管理体系的优越性。Based on introductiing the concept, main characteristics, and four core standards of ISO9000 quality management system, the paper mainly explores the necessity and urgency of the foundry enterprises for effectively implemening the ISO9000 quality management system, and how to establish ISO9000 quality management system of foundry enterprises from five different aspects. It briefly expounds the superiority of foundry enterprises to establish a quality management system.
