摘  要:轻量化的家用汽车发展战略,使铝质发动机成为主流。铝质发动机缸盖的油道、水套、气道结构在重力浇注过程中温度场控制是工艺难点,经过对浇注成型过程的温度场观测,采用计算机模拟分析并对样品进行测试分析。结果表明,在水套和气道相连的内壁有高温裂纹趋向。在热裂收缩区域枝晶数量急剧减少,共晶硅聚集。浇道系统、浇注温度场和浇注温度应进一步优化。Lightweight home car development strategy, so that the aluminum engine was the mainstream. The temperature field control of oil channel, water sleeve and air channel structure of aluminum engine cylinder head during gravity casting was a technical difficulty. After observing the temperature field of casting process, the samples were tested and analyzed by computer simulation. The results show that there is a tendency of high temperature crack in the inner wall of water jacket and air duct. The number of dendrites decrease sharply in the zone of thermal cracking shrinkage, and eutectic silicon is accumulated. The runner system, casting temperature field and casting temperature should be further optimized.
