摘 要:根据传统方法设计了支撑架的浇注系统和冒口,利用计算机仿真软件V-Cast模拟了铸件的凝固过程,模拟结果显示铸件心部存在线形质量缺陷。根据模拟结果,在支撑架浇注系统增加了保温冒口和冷铁,然后进行第二次铸造过程仿真,第二次仿真结果表明,新的浇注系统能够消除铸件心部的质量缺陷,铸件质量符合技术要求。The gating system and riser of the support frame were designed according to the traditional method. The solidification process of the casting was simulated using the computer simulation software V-Cast. The simulation results show that there are linear quality defects in the core of the casting. According to the simulation results, an insulated riser and cold iron are added to the gating system of the support flame, and then a second casting process simulation is performed. The second simulation results show that the new gating system can eliminate the quality defects of the casting core, and the quality of the casting quality meets the technical requirements.
