摘  要:消失模铸钢件增碳缺陷是制约其在铸钢上应用的主要问题,也是消失模研究的热点问题。综述了降低铸钢件增碳缺陷的方法和技术,同时通过实际铸钢件消失模生产过程得出了一些经验。通过一些方法和铸造过程控制,可以生产出成分合格的铸钢件。Carburization defects are the main problem which restricts its application in cast steel, and it is also hot topics in the study of EPC process. The methods and techniques for reducing carburization defects of cast steel were summarized. At the same time, some experiences were obtained through the production process of EPC process. Through a number of methods and casting process control, the composition of qualified cast steel can be produced.
