摘 要:采用电磁搅拌方法,通过正交试验研究压铸工艺参数与半固态ZA43合金力学性能之间关系,分析了显著影响因子对半固态ZA43合金组织及性能影响。结果表明,流变压铸压射比压为72 MPa,压射速度为2.5 m·s-1,半固态ZA43合金压铸试样组织呈球形或类球形,晶粒细小,分布均匀。压射比压和压射速度对半固态ZA43合金的力学性能影响较大,力学性能指标随压射比压的增大而提高,随压射速度的增大先提高后降低。The relationship between the die casting process parameters and the mechanical properties of semi-solid ZA43 alloy was studied by means of electromagnetic stirring and orthogonal test. The results show that the injection ratio of semi-solid ZA43 alloy is 72 MPa and the injection velocity is 2.5 m. s-1, the microstructure of semi-solid ZA43 alloy die casting sample is spherical or quasi-spherical, and the grain size is free and uniform distribution. The injection specific pressure and injection velocity have a great influence on the mechanical properties of semi-solid ZA43 alloy. The mechanical properties index increases with the increase of the injection specific pressure, and decreases with the increase of the iniection velocity.
