摘  要:采用高压铸造制备了不同截面厚度(1、2、4、7和10 mm)的AM60镁合金。研究了试样的显微组织,测试了孔隙率,并研究了拉伸力学性能。结果表明,提高截面厚度增加了合金的孔隙率。随着截面厚度的提高,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率均呈降低趋势。低截面厚度合金的韧性较佳。The AM60 alloys with 1,2,4,7 and 10mm cross-section thicknesses were prepared by high pressure die casting. The microstructure, porosity rate and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the porosity rate will increase with the section thickness of AM60 alloy increasing. The ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of AM60 alloy will decrease with the Section thickness increasing. The low cross-section thickness alloy has better toughness and more ductile.
