摘 要:为尽量消除板坯连铸结晶器在线调宽过程中坯壳与铸坯间的气隙,研究了一种灵活、快速、安全、稳定的结晶器在线热态高速调节宽度的方法,既可有效降低调宽过程中拉漏的风险与铸坯缺陷发生率,还可将结晶器两侧同时调宽速度提高至50 mm/min,从而大幅缩短结晶器热态宽度调节时间,可减少因调宽造成的楔形坯切割浪费,对提高铸坯收得率与铸机作业率有着极为重要的意义。根据调宽模型几何机理推导出极限调宽速度的定量计算公式。In order to eliminate the air gap between the shell and slab in the mold width adjustment process, a type flexible, fast, safe, and stable slab continuous casting mold online hot high-speed width adjusting model was investigated. It was not only effective to reduce the risk of leakage and the occurrence rate of slab defects, but also to increase mold width adjustable speed up to 50 mm/min, thus greatly shorten mold width adjustment time, and reduce the cutting waste caused by the wedge slab. It was very important to improve the casting yield and casting machine operation efficiency. According to the geometric mechanism of the width adjusting model, the quantitative calculation formula of limit width adjustable speed was derived, which could be used to guide the practical operation of the on-line high-speed width adjusting process.
