摘 要:对Al-12.2Zn-3.3Mg合金进行了等通道转角挤压、热压缩、固溶和时效处理,研究了不同方向热压缩对合金X、Y和Z方向不同截面显微组织、硬度、电导率和抗晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,Z向热压缩得到的X方向尺寸小于10μm的晶粒约占55.3%,平均晶粒尺寸为11.7μm;而Y方向热压缩得到的X方向尺寸小于10μm的晶粒约占78.2%,平均晶粒尺寸为4.4μm;沿着Z和Y方向进行热压缩后X方向的高角度晶界的比例均明显高于低角度晶界的;Y方向热压缩得到的合金试样的电导率均略高于同方向上的Z方向热压缩试样;不同方向热压缩条件下X、Y和Z方向的抗晶间腐蚀性能相当,抗晶间腐蚀等级均为3级。The AI-12.2Zn-3.3Mg alloy was processed by equal channel angular pressing, hot compression, solid solution and aging treatment, the effects of hot compression on microstructure, hardness, electrical conductivity and intergranular corrosion resistance of the alloy at X, Y and Z direction were studied. The results show that the proportion of grain size less than 10 μm of the X direction with hot compression at Z direction is about 55.3% and the average grain size is 11.7 μm, the proportion of grain size less than 10 μm of the X direction with hot compression at Y direction is about 78.2%, and the average grain size is 4.4μm, After hot compression in the direction of Z and Y, the ratio of high angle grain boundary in X direction is obviously higher than that of low angle grain boundary; The electrical conductivity of the alloy samples obtained in the Y direction is slightly higher than that in the Z direction in the same direction; The intercrystalline corrosion resistance of X, Y and Z under different direction of thermal compression are comparable, and the intercrystalline corrosion resistance grade is 3.
