热等静压处理对GH4169合金高温抗疲劳性能的影响

摘　　要：通过对称负载循环和拉伸应力循环实验,研究了铸态和热等静压(HIP)GH4169高温合金的高频高温疲劳寿命。结果表明,热等静压处理可以改善GH4169高温合金的疲劳寿命、减小铸造缺陷尺寸,但对使用寿命的离散性影响不大。铸造缺陷尺寸可分为两类:小的孤立缺陷和在三维空间中由复杂的相互连接的缩孔组成的缺陷簇。这两类缺陷尺寸分布符合极值统计规律,使估计可能在给定体积的缺陷出现最大值成为可能。在疲劳试样中给定体积,缺陷的最大尺寸预测结果与在失效试样断裂面观察值相符。热等静压处理对GH4169合金高温抗疲劳性能有改善作用。The high frequency high temperature fatigue life of as-cast and thermal isostatic pressure （HIP） GH4169 high temperature alloys was studied by symmetric load cycle and tensile stress cycle experiments. The results show that the thermal isostatic treatment can improve the fatigue life of GH4169 high temperature alloy and reduce the size of casting defect, but it has little effect on the discreteness of service life. Casting defect dimensions can be divided into two types, the small isolated defects and complex interconnected shrinkage holes in three dimensions. The size distribution of these two types of defects conforms to the law of extremum statistics, which makes it possible to estimate the maximum value of defects in a given volume. The maximum size prediction of the defects is consistent with the observed value of the fracture surface of the failure specimen. Thermal isostatic pressure treatment can improve the fatigue performance of GH4169 alloy at high temperature.
