摘  要:通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测定、能谱分析及综合分析,对电站锅炉TP304H高温过热器管的泄漏原因进行了研究。结果表明,开裂泄漏的主要原因是应力腐蚀,是锅炉燃烧导致的烟气温度偏高,煤粉中S含量较高促进了开裂。The leakage reason of TP304H high temperature superheater tube in power station boiler was analyzed by means of macroscopic test, composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanics properties testing, energy spectrum analysis and comprehensive analysis. The results show that the type of cracking leakage is stress corrosion. The main reason is the higher flue gas temperature caused by boiler burning problems. The higher S content in pulverized coal promotes the cracking. Finally, the relevant preventive measures are put forward.
