摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国的创新水平得到了很大提高,对外开放如何影响技术创新?本文基于改革开放以来四十年的经验,分析了对外开放对技术创新的影响渠道。研究发现,对外开放通过出口、进口、外国直接投资和对外直接投资等途径促进国内技术水平提升。随着全球创新网络的发展和国内创新战略的实施,需要进一步转换对外开放模式,促进国内技术创新水平的提升。Since the reform and opening up,China＇s innovation level has been greatly improved. How does the opening to the outside world affect technological innovation？ Based on 40 years of experience since the reform and opening up,the influence of channel of the opening to the outside world on technology innovation is analyzed in this paper. The study finds that opening to the public through exports,imports,foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment to promote domestic technology level up. With the development of global innovation networks and the implementation of the national innovation strategy,We need further transform opening-up pattern and promote the upgrading of domestic technology innovation level.
