比较优势合作与创新收益共享模式研究——基于江苏创新型企业发展的考量

摘　　要：构建新时代现代化经济体系,企业转型升级、新旧动能转换是大势所趋,但也面临极大的挑战。应对的一个重要路径是按照合作共享理念,大力推动构建比较优势合作与创新收益共享的经济模式。本文依据企业资源基础理论,对创新型企业的合作共享模式进行了研究,分析了政产学研合作模式、产业联盟模式、跨区域合作模式和国际合作模式,以及四种模式在江苏的成功实践应用,在此基础上从企业、平台、政府角度对推广运用好几种模式提出了建议。For building a modern economic system in the new era,upgrading and transforming of enterprises,and conversion of new and old kinetic energy are both trends and challenges. One of the significant paths to deal with them is following the thinking of sharing economy,vigorously promoting the economic pattern of cooperation on enterprises＇ comparative advantages and revenue-sharing innovation. Based on ideas of enterprise resource fundamental theory,this paper studies the model of cooperation and revenue sharing of innovative enterprises,and analyzes the successful practical applications of four models in Jiangsu,which are mode of Government-Industry-University-Research cooperation,model of industrial alliance,model of cross regional cooperation,and model of international cooperation. On the basis of analysis above,suggestions are given for the promotion and application of several models,from the perspective of enterprises,platforms and the government.
