摘  要:为了提高铜合金表面的耐蚀性,采用含有镧、铈双稀土的新型钝化液对铜合金进行钝化处理,利用恒温恒湿试验对膜层的耐腐蚀性能进行表征,测试了膜层在NaCl溶液及人造海水中的腐蚀速率,利用极化曲线及交流阻抗分析了其在3.5%NaCl中的腐蚀行为,并与未稀土钝化、基材及单一稀土钝化膜的性能进行比较,研究了镧、铈稀土盐的协同作用。结果表明:镧、铈双稀土盐对抑制铜合金的腐蚀有协同作用,大幅降低了铜合金的腐蚀速度,提高了其耐蚀性。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of copper alloy surface, the rare earth passivation solution formula containing lanthanum and cerium was used to passivate the surface of cooper alloy. The corrosion resistance of the coating was characterized by constant temperature and humidity test, and the corrosion rates in sodium chloride solution and artificial seawater were investigated. In addition, the corrosion behavior of coating in 3.5 % NaCl was analyzed using polarization curves and alternating current impedance, and then the coating was compared with sample without rare earth passivation treatment, the substrate and single-rare earth passivation coating, which were further employed to study the synergistic effect of lanthanum salt and cerium salt. Results showed that the lanthanum - cerium bi - rare earth salts possessed a synergistic effect for corrosion behavior of copper alloy, which could greatly reduce the corrosion rate of copper alloy and improve the corrosion resistance.
