摘  要:在选矿过程中,机械设备不可避免地存在严重的腐蚀失效问题。对我国某典型矿山选矿机械设备的腐蚀状况进行了现场调查,分析了典型选矿设备圆锥破碎机、振动筛、球磨机和浮选机等的现状,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对选矿设备易损件的锈层进行分析,并根据设备的工作原理、结构特点对选矿设备的典型腐蚀案例进行了分析,确定了选矿设备易损件表面锈层主要产物,分析了其主要腐蚀类型、失效原因及腐蚀机理,并提出了相应的防护对策。During the process of mining and beneficiation of metal mineral, the corrosion and wear of the equipment are inevitable. In this paper, the field investigation of corrosion and wear condition of a typical mine' s mechanical device such as cone crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill and floating machine was conducted. The constituents and structures of rust layer of wearing parts were further analyzed by XRD. Based on the field investigation and XRD analysis results, and combined with working principle and characteristics of wearing parts, the main corrosion products were determined, and the corrosion types, failure reasons and corrosion mechanism of the wearing parts were obtained. Besides, the corresponding protective methods were also proposed.
