摘  要:对7050铝合金铸锭进行了异速比为1.0、1.2和2.0的异步轧制实验,分析了轧制态及热处理后板材的组织及力学性能。结果表明,异步轧制板材心部变形程度远高于同步轧制板材,剧烈变形导致板材中产生变形带且随着异速比增加剪切带的密度显著增加;经热处理后,异步轧制板材晶粒尺寸比同步轧制减少约30%且分布更加均匀。另外,与小异速比轧制板材相比,大异速比轧制板材经固溶得到均匀细小组织所需的时间显著缩短。力学性能结果表明,异步轧制板材性能得到显著改善,经异速比为1.2异步轧制后的板材其T6态(475℃×1 h+120℃×24 h)强度性能最高(抗拉强度:615 MPa,屈服强度:537 MPa),同时具有优良的塑性(伸长率:15.8%),这主要是由于晶粒细化和均匀组织所致。Asymmetric rolling( ASR) experiments of 7050 aluminum alloy ingots with differential speed ratios( DSR) of 1. 0,1. 2 and 2. 0 were carried out,and microstructure and mechanical property of the rolled and heat treated sheets were analyzed. The results show that the deformation degree in the core of asymmetric rolling sheet is much higher than that in symmetric rolling( DSR = 1. 0) sheet,and severe deformation leads to shear band in the sheet and the density of the shear band increases significantly with the increase of differential speed ratios. After heat treatment,the grain size of the asymmetric rolling sheet is about 30% less than that of symmetric rolling sheet and the distribution is more uniform. In addition,compared with the sheet rolled with small differential speed ratios,the time required to obtain uniform and fine microstructure by solid solution of the sheet with large differential speed ratios is significantly shortened. The results of mechanical properties show that the properties of the asymmetric rolling sheet are improved remarkably,and the asymmetric rolling sheet with differential speed ratios of 1. 2 has the highest strength( ultimate tensile strength: 615 MPa,yield strength: 537 MPa) and excellent plasticity( elongation: 15. 8%) after solution treatment at 475 ℃ for 1 h and aging at 120 ℃ for 24 h( T6 aging),which is mainly due to the grain refinement and homogenous microstructure.
