摘  要:为了研究供暖管道内水的温度及压力对铸铁螺纹接头受力的影响,通过SOLIDWORKS软件创建螺纹接头分析模型,导入到ANSYS软件中建立了螺纹接头接触的有限元计算模型,分析计算了在只考虑水压和同时考虑水温与水压两种情况下的螺纹接头应力状况。结果表明:在不考虑温度的影响时,螺纹接头的最大应力随着水压的增加而增大;当考虑温度耦合的影响后,螺纹接头的最大应力随着温度的升高而增大,在相同温度载荷作用时,随着水压的增加,最大应力的增大速率比不考虑温度时有所减缓,并且随着温度的升高,这种减缓作用会增强。该分析为合理减小热应力对供暖管道中螺纹接头的影响提供了理论依据。In order to investigate the influence of temperature and pressure of water in the heating pipelines on the stress of cast iron threaded joints,the analysis model of the threaded joints was established by SOLIDWORKS software,and the finite element calculation model of the threaded joints contact was established by introducing it into ANSYS software. The stress conditions of the threaded joints were analyzed and calculated under the condition of only considering water pressure and considering both water temperature and water pressure. The results show that the maximum stress of the threaded joints increases with the increase of water pressure without considering the influence of temperature. When the effect of temperature coupling is considered,the maximum stress of the threaded joints increases with the increase of temperature,and the increase rate of maximum stress with the increase of water pressure at the same temperature is slower than that without considering temperature. As the temperature increases,the mitigation effect increases. The analysis provides a theoretical basis for reasonably reducing the influence of thermal stress on the threaded joints in heating pipelines.
