摘 要:以100μm厚的Ni箔为中间层对钛与不锈钢进行了电阻点焊,观察并分析了接头熔核区域的组织特征,研究了焊接参数对Ti/Ni/SUS304接头熔核尺寸和抗剪力的影响。结果表明:在熔核端部外侧界面区Ti侧形成了(α-Ti)和Ti2Ni相,靠近Ni侧形成了Ti Ni化合物;而在熔核区域的Ti侧、不锈钢侧和熔核内部分别观察到了(α-Ti)+TiFe层、(Fe)+TiFe2层和TiFe+TiFe2混合物;焊接接头的抗剪力随焊接电流、焊接时间、电极压力的增大呈先增大后降低的变化趋势,所得接头最大抗剪力约为5.62 kN。Titanium and stainless steel sheets were welded by resistance spot welding with insert of 100 μm thick nickel foil. The interfacial microstructure of the nugget region of the welded joint was observed and analyzed,and the effects of welding parameters on nugget diameter and tensile shear resistance of the welded joint were studied. The results show that( α-Ti) and Ti2 Ni phases are formed in the Ti side of the lateral interface region at the end of the nugget,and Ti Ni compounds are formed near the Ni side,while the( α-Ti)+ TiFe layer,( Fe) + TiFe2 layer and mixture of TiFe + TiFe2 compounds are observed in the Ti side,stainless steel side and center of nugget region,respectively. The tensile shear resistance of the welded joint increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of welding current,welding time and electrode force,and the maximum value of tensile shear resistance is about 5. 62 kN.
