摘 要:肾脏移植是治疗终末期肾脏病的最佳方案,供体肾脏的活性状态直接影响移植后的肾脏功能,临床上亟需一种能够在体、无损、实时监测供体肾脏的诊断方法.从光学相干层析成像的分辨率、成像速度以及无损的成像方式的技术特性和临床适用性出发,围绕OCT的肾脏微结构成像和血流微循环成像在肾脏功能监测方面的应用和多模式的肾脏光学成像技术进行了评述,认为结合OCT实时成像特点、计算机自动量化和分类的辅助诊断,对活体肾脏移植性状的光学监测具有明朗的应用前景.Kidney transplantation is the best choice of therapy for end-stage kidney disease.Because the post-grafted renal function was affected directly by the viability of donor kidney,it is pressing to develop methods to monitor the structure and function of donor kidney in situ,non-invasively and in real time. Based on the advantages of OCT,such as resolution,imaging speed,this paper reviewed the OCT imaging of kidney micro structure and blood microcirculation,as well as the multi-mode optical imaging modalities. Combining OCT imaging features with automatic quantification analysis and computer assistant diagnosis,the optical monitoring modalities of kidney would be promising in the future.
