摘　　要：溧阳抽水蓄能电站项目被列为抽水蓄能电站机组设备国产化的依托项目,目前已全面稳定投产,多项工作实现行业首创。其机组设备招议标工作中,明确设备和技术的招标范围,通过调研交流、设计优化、带模型转轮投标、选定专业监造单位进行机组设备的制造监理等措施,保证机组设备国产化工作的开展。在水泵水轮机水力开发、推力轴承研制、首台机首次启动方式等关键设备和技术上开展创新性研究。在国内率先开展了抽水蓄能机组同台对比复核试验,首次采用单波纹弹性油箱支撑结构的推力轴承,整个工作得到顺利实施。Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station is listed as a supporting project for the localization of equipments for the units of pumped-storage power station. The Station has been fully and stably put into operation, and many tasks are industry＇s initiative. In the bidding of units, the scope of equipments and technologies for bidding is clarified, and the localization of unit equipment is ensured through information investigation and exchange, design optimization, bidding with model runner, and selecting professional supervisors units to carry out manufacturing supervision of unit equipment. Innovative researches are also carried out on key equipment and technologies such as the hydraulic development of pump-turbine, the development of thrust bearings, and the first-time start-up mode of first unit. The comparative review test of pumped-storage unit is firstly carried out and the thrust bearing with single-corrugated elastic fuel tank supporting structure is firstly used in China. The localization of units in Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station has been smoothly implemented.
