摘  要:利用双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D1821)对纳米蒙脱土(MMT)进行预处理和改性,得到MMT-D1821,然后采用涂膜法和流延法制备了聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)/MMT-D1821复合薄膜。对PBAT/未改性MMT及PBAT/MMT-D1821复合薄膜的微观形貌、水蒸气阻隔性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:与未改性MMT相比,MMT-D1821在PBAT基体中的分散状态得到改善,PBAT/MMT-D1821复合薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性能及力学性能均比PBAT/未改性MMT复合薄膜明显提升;采用涂膜法制备的复合薄膜较之流延法得到的薄膜具有更好的水蒸气阻隔性能。The nano montmorillonite(MMT) was pretreated and modified by dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(D1821), and MMT-D1821 was obtained. The poly(butylene adipate-coterephthalate)(PBAT)/MMT-D1821 composite films were prepared by coating and casting methods, then the microstructure, water vapor barrier properties and mechanical properties of PBAT/unmodified MMT and PBAT/MMT-D1821 composite films were compared. The results show that the dispersion of MMT-D1821 in the PBAT matrix is improved compared with that of unmodified MMT, and the water vapor barrier properties and mechanical properties of the PBAT/MMT-D1821 composite film are significantly improved. The composite film prepared by the coating method has better water vapor barrier properties than that of the film prepared by casting method.
