摘 要:将自组装成核剂TMB-5应用于高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的晶体结构调控,以提高HDPE制品的力学性能。通过偏光显微镜(POM)、XRD和DSC分析,研究了TMB-5在HDPE基体中的自组装行为,及其对HDPE结晶行为和晶体结构的影响。结果表明:TMB-5可在HDPE中发生自组装,且自组装行为与TMB-5的溶解度相关。在180、230和250℃三个最高加热温度下,TMB-5可分别自组装形成颗粒状、纤维状和三维树枝状结构,进而诱导HDPE以TMB-5为模板,生长成与模板相同的晶体形态。此外,加入TMB-5可使HDPE的结晶温度和结晶起始温度升高1-2℃,并使其晶粒细化、晶粒尺寸分布变宽,结晶度由66%提高至79%。The self-assembly nucleating agent TMB-5 was applied to high density polyethylene(HDPE) for modifying its crystalline structure, and the mechanical properties of the products could be improved. POM, XRD and DSC were used to analyze and study the self-assembly behavior of TMB-5 in HDPE matrix, as well as the eff ects on the crystalline behavior and structure of HDPE. The results show that TMB-5 can present self-assembly behavior in HDPE, and the behavior is positively correlated with the solubility of TMB-5. At the maximum heating temperature of 180, 230 and 250℃, the self-assembled structures of TMB-5 present as dot, fibrous and threedimensional dendritic structure respectively, then induce HDPE to grow as the same as the TMB-5 structure. In addition, TMB-5 can cause the crystallization temperature increment of 1-2℃, grain refinement and wider size distribution. And the crystallinity of HDPE can be increased from 66% to 79%.
