天津地区90家医疗机构手卫生与安全注射调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析天津地区90家医疗机构手卫生与安全注射调查问卷,了解天津地区医疗机构相关人员的知识掌握情况,更好推动并着力落实手卫生和安全注射理念与规范,实现该项工作的持续改进。方法采用自行设计的"手卫生与安全注射试题",利用网络链接或微信扫码于2018年4-6月收回答卷9777份,对所有试卷进行阅卷评分,从而评判医疗机构中不同类别从业人员、来自不同级别医院的人员以及来自不同地域医疗机构的人员相关知识掌握情况;使用SPSS 17.0统计学软件进行统计处理。结果不同类别医疗相关从业人员得分比较差异有统计学意义(F=16.977,P<0.001),其中医技人员得分最高;三级医疗机构人员得分高于二级和一级(F=6.547,P=0.001);市内六区人员医疗机构得分高于郊县(t=36.546,P<0.001)。结论应加强临床医生与护士及郊县医疗机构手卫生和安全注射的理论培训,并实施行之有效的考核。提高对非三级医疗机构及郊县医疗机构从业人员安全注射的意识,减少职业暴露的发生。OBJECTIVE To understand the health care workers′awareness of hand hygiene and safe injection in 90 medical institutions of Tianjin by conducting questionnaire survey so as to better promote and implement the ideas and standards for hand hygiene and safe injection and achieve continuous improvement.METHODS By means of selfdesigned ＂hand hygiene and safety injection test＂,totally 9777 questionnaires were recycled through network link or WeChat scan from Apr 2018 to Jun 2018,all of the questionnaires were reviewed and scored so as to determine the health care workers′awareness of the hand hygiene and safe injection in the medical institutions,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 17.0 software.RESULTS Three was significant difference in the score among the health care workers（F=16.977,P〈0.001）,the score of the medical technicians was the highest;the scores of the health care workers were significantly higher in the tertiary medical institutions than in the secondary an primary medical institutions（F=6.547,P=0.001）;the scores of the health care workers were significantly higher in the medical institutions of 6 urban districts than in the medical institutions of suburban counties（t=36.546,P〈0.001）.CONCLUSIONIt is necessary to strengthen the theoretical training for hand hygiene and sage injection of the health care workers of the suburban medical institutions,carry out effective assessment and raise the awareness of the health care workers in non-tertiary or suburban medical institutions so as to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure.
