摘　　要：为更好地推进"一带一路"倡议,加强"一带一路"实施过程中对劳动者的健康防护,加强国际合作项目中的职业卫生管理,本文对"一带一路"沿线国家的工业发展水平和安全形势进行分析,总结部分沿线国家的职业卫生现状,分析"一带一路"倡议背景下我国企业遇到的职业卫生挑战,并从管理重点、人才培养、国际标准和提升软实力等方面来探讨相应的对策。The article summarized the industrial development levels and security situation in the member countries of the Belt and Road and the status quo of occupational health in some of the member countries, analyzed challenges for China＇s occupational health in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative, and proposed countermeasures focusing on management, talent cultivation, international standards, and soft power building, aiming to strengthen the occupational protection for workers and occupational health management in international cooperation projects and further advance the Belt and Road Initiative.
