摘　　要：第十三届全国人民代表大会第一次会议决议将国家安全生产监督管理总局的职业安全健康监督管理职责整合,组建国家卫生健康委员会。本文通过解读职责调整的具体内容,分析卫生部门面临的挑战和存在的主要问题,提出合并监督执法与技术支撑队伍、优化各级机构建设、创新职业健康监督理念及做好过渡时期有序衔接等方面的工作建议。The First Session of the Thirteenth National People＇s Congress declared the decision on integrating the responsibilities of occupational safety and health supervision and management of the State Administration of Work Safety and forming the National Health Committee. This paper explained the responsibility adjustment, analyzed the challenges and main problems facing the health sector, and proposed suggestions on merging supervision and technical support teams, improving institutions at all levels, innovating occupational health supervision concepts, ensuring common processes in place in transition period, etc.
