摘 要:目前PM_(2.5)引起的环境健康问题受到广泛关注,暴露评估作为PM_(2.5)健康风险评价的一个重要组成部分,可为风险评价及风险表征提供参考依据。PM_(2.5)主要通过呼吸道进入人体,其暴露评估需收集PM_(2.5)暴露浓度、暴露途径识别、某暴露途径下人群时间-活动模式参数等内容。本文对国内外PM_(2.5)暴露评估方法的应用情况以及评估结果的不确定性和变异性进行综述,并指出现阶段PM_(2.5)暴露评估中存在的问题,以期为大气颗粒物暴露评估技术提供基础资料。Currently, the environmental health problems caused by PM2.5 are widely concerned. Exposure assessment is an important part of PM2.5 health risk assessment, and provides references for risk assessment and risk characterization. PM2.5enter the body mainly through respiratory tract, and its exposure assessment need concentration of PM2.5 exposure, identification of exposure route, time- activity pattern parameters under specific exposure route, etc. This article introduced the applications of PM2.5 exposure assessment methods at home and abroad, reviewed the uncertainty and variability of assessment results, and pointed out the problems in current PM2.5 exposure assessment, aiming to provide basic data for atmospheric particulate matter exposure assessment.
