摘  要:谷物联合收割机风筛式清选装置直接影响整机的工作性能和谷物的收获质量,对清选装置的研究有助于提高机械化收获效率,降低损失率和含杂率。为此,通过从脱出物的运动状态、清选室内气流场、清选装置的结构和试验参数优化等方面,综述国内外谷物联合收割机风筛式清选装置的研究现状,并提出谷物联合收割机风筛式清选装置的发展趋势。The working performance of the air-and-screen cleaning device of grain combine harvester directly affects the cleaning quality of the whole machine.The research on the cleaning device is helpful to improve the efficiency of mechanized harvest and reduce the loss rate and impurity rate.For this reason,this paper summarizes the research status of air-and-screen cleaning device of grain combine harvester at home and abroad from the aspects of the movement state of the material removed from the cleaning device,the airflow field in the cleaning room,the structure of the cleaning device and the optimization of test parameters,and puts forward the development trend of air-and-screen cleaning device of grain combine harvester.
