无线智能手环在术后患者活动与睡眠情况研究的护理应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨无线智能手环在术后患者活动量及睡眠的应用。方法:应用Fitbit Flex2手环,将符合入组条件的118例因肝肿瘤行肝切除术的患者随机分为两组,比较分析两组患者活动情况,疼痛及睡眠情况,围手术期胃肠道功能恢复情况、并发症发生率等。结果:无线智能手环能精准计量患者的术后活动量与睡眠情况,与对照组相比,术后早期活动的患者胃肠道恢复时间快,术后住院时间缩短,均具统计学意义。而术后并发症发生率上无明显统计学差异。结论:应用无线智能手环对患者进行监测,方法简单、安全无创,能显著提高患者的自信心与参与度。而肝切除术后患者术后第二天下床活动是安全可行的,并延长患者睡眠时间,减轻患者痛苦,减少护理工作量,实现快速康复。Objective： To explore the application of wireless smart bracelet in the activity and sleep of postoperative patients. Methods： 118 patients with liver tumor underwent resection were divided randomly into the control group （conventional activities） and the group with early ambulation with Fitbit Flex2 bracelet. The following items were observed： complications after operation, recovery of intestinal function and length of stay after operation. Results： Wireless smart hand ring can accurate measurement in patients with postoperative activity and sleep. There was no significant difference for complications and laboratory examination between the two groups, while the perioperative intestinal function state in patients with early ambulation were better than control statistically. Conclusion： Using wireless smart bracelet to monitor patients, the method is simple and safe, and can significantly improve patients＇ confidence and participation. Early ambulation after liver resections was safe and efficacious. For comfort care with better sleep and experience, it is recommended for liver resection.
