摘　　要：目的:规范门诊产科就诊流程,明确门诊产科护士工作职责。方法:成立门诊产科护士办公室,建立产科门诊护士工作站系统。结果:协助医生完成孕妇档案信息及部分诊查信息的采集和录入,做好孕期保健工作。结论:实现产科门诊管理制度化、制度流程化、流程协作化、协作责任化。Objective： To standardize outpatient obstetrics treatment process, to clarify outpatient obstetric nurses job responsibilities. Methods： Setting up outpatient obstetric nurses office and obstetric clinic nurse workstation system. Results： Outpatient Obstetric nurses assist doctors to complete the information acquisition of pregnant women＇s personal file and vital signs and suffice the requirements of perinatal care management. Conclusion： To achieve institutionalization of outpatient management, process flow of institution, collaborative processes, cooperation and responsibility.
