摘　　要：目的:评价心电图监测对急性胰腺炎患者诊断、治疗以及预后的意义。方法:纳入云南省第二人民医院2015年8月—2017年5月收治的急性胰腺炎患者83例,均行心电图检查,比较不同病情严重程度、不同病理分型患者的心电图异常情况,并对患者的预后指标进行分析。结果:纳入患者中心电图异常占比65.06%,急性出血坏死型胰腺炎患者心电图异常发生率、病死率均高于急性水肿型胰腺炎患者(P<0.05);急性重症胰腺炎患者心电图异常发生率、病死率高于急性轻症胰腺炎患者(P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎患者心电图异常发生率较高,通过对心电图变化的动态监测,对判断患者的病情严重程度及预后指标具有一定的意义。Objective： To evaluate the significance of ECG monitoring on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods： 83 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the First People＇s Hospital of Yunnan Province from August 2015 to May 2017 are incorporated and examined by ECG. The abnormalities of ECG of patients with different severity and pathological types are compared, and the prognostic indexes of patients are analyzed. Results： The abnormal rate of ECG of patients incorporated is 65.06%. The abnormal rate and the fatality rate of ECG of patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis are higher than those of patients with acute edematous pancreatitis （P〈0.05）; and the abnormal rate and the fatality rate of ECG of patients with severe acute pancreatitis are higher than those of patients with mild acute pancreatitis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The incidence of abnormality of ECG in patients with acute pancreatitis is relatively high. The dynamic monitoring of ECG changes has certain significance on judging the severity of the disease and prognostic indicators of patients.
