摘　　要：医院物资管理主要业务范围包括以诊疗耗材、药品等为主的日常物资订货、供给、运送等工作。传统的管理模式下,这些工作都由大量的人工来完成,无形当中加大了工作量。如何将医护人员解放出来、把主要精力用于治疗患者是需要研究解决的问题。通过设计一种医院精益物流管理系统方案,以达到物资规范化、物流效率化、业务均衡化的目的。The main business scope of hospital material management including medical consumable materials, pharmaceuticals and other daily goods order, supply, delivery etc. In traditional management mode, these works are complete by doctors and mlrses and increased their workload intangibly. How to liberate the medical staff to treatment patients as their main energy needing to study and solve for a problem. In this paper, a hospital plustek logistics management system is designed, to achieve the standardization of materials, logistics efficiency, business balance.
