摘　　要：目的:通过对医院集成平台使用的两种电子数据交换模式进行优劣势的对比,为集成平台的建设以及新一代工具的开发提供参考。方法:从中间表和视图两方面,介绍基于HL7 V3.0的电子数据交换(EDI)模式在医院信息系统集成平台中的应用方式,分析两种模式的优缺点。结果:二者相比,各有利弊,但视图模式具备更好的兼容性,且实施过程中遇到的问题均有方法规避。结论:在医院集成平台建设过程中,以视图模式进行数据交换,便于兼容各系统,利于医院选择适合天津医科大学第二医院业务科室特色的子系统,打造具有全院特色的集成平台。Objective： To compare the advantages and disadvantages of two electronic data exchange modes used m the hospital integrated platform and provide reference for the construction of the integrated platform and the development of a new generation of tools. Methods： From the two aspects of middle table and view, the application mode of HL7 V3.0 based electronic data exchange （EDI） mode in the hospital information system integration platform is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the two models are analyzed. Results： Compared with the two, each has its advantages and disadvantages, but the view mode has better compatibility, and there are ways to avoid problems encountered in the implementation process. Conclusion： In the process of building the hospital integrated platform, data exchange is carried out with view mode, which is convenient for the compatibility of various systems. It is beneficial for hospitals to select the subsystems suitable for the characteristics of the business section of the hospital and to create an integrated platform with the characteristics of the hospital.
