摘  要:以聚氯乙烯绝缘软电线(BVR电线)长期允许工作温度临界值70℃作为老化温度,研究阻燃型聚氯乙烯绝缘软电线(ZR-BVR电线)绝缘材料加速老化后的热解特性以及线芯对绝缘材料老化热解特性的影响。结果表明:老化时间不超过40 d时,随着老化时间的延长,绝缘材料TG曲线外推起始点处的温度逐渐升高,绝缘材料热解残余量逐渐增加。当老化时间超过40 d时,绝缘材料TG曲线外推起始点处的温度逐渐降低,绝缘材料热解变得相对容易,热解后残余量逐渐减少。线芯的存在不仅促进ZR-BVR绝缘材料的热解发生,使其热解残余量变少,同时使绝缘材料的TG曲线外推起始点处的温度降低。在升温速率为15℃/min时,绝缘材料的TG曲线外推起始点处的温度大约降低2℃,热解初始发生时间提前8 s左右。The long-term permissible operating temperature threshold 70 ℃ of PVC insulated flexible wire(BVR wire) was used as ageing temperature, the pyrolysis characteristics of flame retardant PVC insulated flexible wire(ZR-BVR wire) insulating material and the effect of wire core on its ageing pyrolysis characteristics were studied. The results show that when the ageing time is no more than 40 days, with the prolongation of ageing time, the extrapolated onset temperature of TG curve of the insulating material increases gradually, and the pyrolysis residual amount of insulating material increases gradually. When the ageing time exceeds 40 days, the extrapolated onset temperature of TG curve of the insulating material decreases gradually, the pyrolysis of insulating material becomes relatively easy, and the residual amount decreases gradually after pyrolysis. The existence of core not only promote the pyrolysis of ZR-BVR insulating material, making the pyrolytic residual amount decrease, but also make the extrapolated onset temperature of TG curve of the insulating material decrease. When the temperature rising rate is15 ℃/min, the extrapolated onset temperature of TG curve of the insulating material decreases by about2 ℃, and the initial pyrolysis time is about 8 s ahead of time.
